Adams Commercial Real Estate assists in the sale of the Historic Hotel Row Buildings and the Carter Center Headquarters opens in Atlanta

John Lewis becomes the US Representative for the 5th District, Adams Commercial Real Estate Office District

Adams Commercial Real Estate brokers the sale of the Tabernacle and the Atlanta Bicycling Coalition is organized
1992
Adams Commercial Real Estate assists Georgia State in acquiring the School of Music Buildings, same year the Georgia Dome opens
1996
Atlanta Host the Olympics, Centennial Olympic Park Opens and Turner Field is constructed
1997
Braves Play their first Game @ Turner Field, one mile from Adams Commercial Real Estate Office

Freedom Park is Dedicated

Adams started the Grant Park Summer Shade Festival, and the Adams Run for the Park. All proceeds benefit the Grant Park Conservancy, both events active today.
Gigi Conner, of Adams Realtors co-founds the Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School.

Adams Commercial Real Estate works “pro bono” to acquire the Arizona Avenue Soccer Fields for Inter Atlanta FC

Jim Camp of Adams Commercial Real Estate works with Atlanta Public Schools to assemble the land/site for Parkside Elementary in Grant Park.
